When booking a wedding at one of the Parihoa event spaces what's included?

Your chosen event space until midnight the day of your wedding, access to the farm for photos and Prestige Loo hireage.

When can my suppliers set up and when does everything have to be packed up and taken away?

Set up is available from 9am on the day and pack down must be completed by 9am the next day. Anything outside of this can be arranged and quoted accordingly.

Security

The property is secured behind two locked gates - these are on sensors and are able to be accessed remotely.

Licences

No liquor is to be sold without a Special Licence granted by the Liquor Licensing Agency. Failure to comply may result in a fine of $20,000 and/or closure of your event.

BYO allowed, therefore only the Host can provide alcohol to the Guests free of charge. At midnight, we ask that all guests have left the property.

Can I have a marquee?

Parihoa does not allow marquees to be erected, unless arranged prior to your event. If you have a specific request please contact us directly.

 

Is there parking available?

There is limited parking available at The Gallery venue space, we highly recommend organise shuttles or a bus for your guest from a location that best suits you.

 

Entertainment /AV/Decorations

You are welcome to bring in your own style of entertainment. Particular equipment required for the entertainment would need to be supplied by yourself or the entertainers themselves, keeping in mind time for set up and taking away.

Access

Guests can arrive to Parihoa by car, and buses can be catered for. Guests are required to walk from the parking area to the ceremony location. No cars are to be parked elsewhere.

  

Cost

To confirm and secure your booking date, there is a booking fee of $500. This is non refundable and non deductible. A non-refundable, deductible deposit, of 20% of the minimum spend, is required prior to your requested function date. We will send an invoice through to your preferred email address. Any further costs would be discussed with you in person if required. Wedding rates are based on 24 hour hireage and elopements are based on 3 hour hireage.
